The central characteristics of the Tana Shark slow speed shredders are simplicity, robustness and smartness. It is simple and easy to take the counter tools in and out, which is important not only when changing them but also when adjusting the machine to produce different particle sizes. The Tana Shark is the first shredder with a plug-in rotor screen which further regulates the particle size. The opening side door operates as a service hatch, simplifying rotor and cutting tool check ups. Non-crushable particles can also be easily and quickly removed through the side wall.

The design of the Tana Shark and its engine compartment ensures easy access to all service points. Serviceability in general has been one of the leading principles when developing the machine, so that downtime of the machine is minimised. This has not been compromised in any of the models. Additionally Tana Pro Track, a wireless connection to the machine's control system, guarantees immediate technical backup and troubleshooting.

Tana Sharks are controlled by the user friendly TCS (Tana Control System). It is pre-programmed for six different kinds of material and also protects the machine from overloading, overheating and possible damage caused by non-crushable material.

All of these features contribute to the unique versatility of the Tana Shark allowing a quick conversion of the machine to suit different kinds of waste materials for a variety of particle sizes. For product brochures and videos, please click here: Brochures, images and videos
